To report on options for the Harbourside sites. To consider and agree the actions for taking forward the site development.

Decision

That the preliminary findings of the Cushman and Wakefield site assessment contained in the report be noted and agreed.

That officers be instructed to progress discussions with parties with land interests in the Commercial Road (South) sites and the Harbour Management Board.

That a report back should be made as soon as possible and that the progress be tracked and reviewed  by the use of the Management Committee Action Plan.
